Terms
These terms apply to direct purchases of Press Index Family from MG Type through Stripe Checkout. Stripe checkout may show Brilune as the seller/display name; Press Index Family is the product, MG Type is the foundry/licensor label, and support is handled at [email protected].
Digital Delivery
Press Index Family is a downloadable digital font package. By requesting immediate access, you ask MG Type to provide the font files before any statutory withdrawal period has ended.
Once download or delivery begins, you may lose a right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply, except where mandatory law gives you stronger rights.
License
Your use of the font files is governed by the Press Index Family Standard License. Read it before purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed manually. Defects, corrupted files, duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, material misrepresentation, and mandatory consumer rights are handled under the refund policy.
Support
Support is available for download issues, missing or corrupted package files, ordinary desktop installation, basic self-hosted webfont questions, and license-scope clarification.
Scope
Press Index Family is a release-candidate display font family for short display use. It is not promised as a body-text family, full foundry library, custom type service, app-embedding license, template redistribution license, or compatibility guarantee for every app or platform.
