Refund Policy

Press Index Family is a downloadable digital font package. Refunds are handled manually so defects, duplicate purchases, checkout issues, and mandatory consumer rights can be reviewed correctly.

Digital Delivery And Withdrawal Rights

If you buy Press Index Family as a consumer in the EU or another region with a statutory withdrawal period, your legal withdrawal rights are respected.

For immediate download access during the withdrawal period, checkout should ask you to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery or download begins. If those confirmations are collected and the download has started, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available. Mandatory rights still apply.

Refunds Usually Approved

• The font files are corrupted, missing, or cannot be installed, and a replacement download does not solve the issue.
• You purchased the same license twice by mistake.
• You were charged incorrectly.
• The product page or checkout materially misrepresented the included files, license scope, release-candidate status, or documented glyph set.
• Mandatory consumer law requires a refund.

Refunds Usually Not Approved

• You changed your mind after receiving immediate access and starting the download.
• The family does not suit a project after testing.
• You expected broader support or rights than the product page and license described.
• You bought the standard license for a use that requires written permission or an extended license.

Support Before Refund

Include the order email, operating system, app/browser/workflow, package version, and a screenshot or brief description. Do not send passwords, secret keys, private client files, raw project assets, or confidential material.
